Formally home to Sugar Shack Factory, 9 King Street in Middletown, NY, will welcome IKARO, a South American/American Fusion Restaurant by Marco Naula & Naula Hospitality Group. 

 The kitchen at IKARO . The restaurant will focus on a shortlist of steaks , Seafood, Pasta drawn from the traditions shared by "beef-loving South American cultures." These flavors will extend to the full bar, where signature cocktails like the Caipirinha and Canelazo will be at the forefront.

"Showcasing a traditional South American Fusion Food  is what we want to do. Wherever you go in South America -- Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador (where I am from) -- people are passionate about food," said Naula. He goes onto to say, "IKARO will bring back those memories for me, and we will have the ability to share those memories with our neighbors in Middletown. The restaurant will be a la carte, and it will be casual. We are excited to bring this new concept to Downtown Middletown - a special, thriving neighborhood currently undergoing revitalization." 

IKARO Restaurant  will feature Dinner & Happy Hour service to start, with a private room on its second floor for intimate private events. The restaurant will  also offer Brunch and Lunch  7 days a week.
